Ant McPartlin has dissolved a firm which last year boasted over £20million in its coffers.
He began legal proceedings to wind up Teecourt Ltd in April after negotiating his monster divorce with ex-wife Lisa Armstrong, 43.
According to documents filed with Companies House this week the cash and assets have been stripped from the firm and struck from the register.
Ant, 44, set up the business in October 2006 and its last accounts – filed in March last year (2019) - showed it had investments worth £11.6m plus a further £9.3m in cash.
Total equity stood at £20.4m after outstanding debts were paid.
Companies House lists Teecourt as a firm for `television programme production activities’.
Ant and his Saturday Night Takeaway co-host Declan Donnelly, 45, made £15,124-a-day last year from their TV work.
The decision to liquidate the firm appears to show the true cost of his split from Lisa, his criminal fines and rehab - plus the price of starting a new life with lover Anne-Marie Corbett.
Lisa got an undisclosed cash amount - reportedly around £20m - plus their old marital home in Chiswick, west London.
Ant had earlier shelled out on fines and rehab after his arrest for drink-driving when his Mini hit another car in south-west London in 2018.
But he is still reportedly worth more than £20m.
He has forked out £6m on a mansion in London for him, Anne-Marie, 44, her two children and two dogs.
Another £1.6m was spent renovating the property.
In February he bought two designer Maltipoo puppies - a cross between a Maltese terrier and a poodle - for £2,000 each.
Meanwhile his ex Lisa is living in a hotel 'like Alan Partridge’'while she waits for her new home to be ready for her to move into.
She told the Outspoken Beauty podcast: "I have literally just decided to move and buy a new house, move at the busiest time in my life.
"And my friend who is an interior designer has helped me out with the house and re-designed it. She has gone in like a bulldozer and now it is like a building site.
"Now I am in a hotel.
"I am only staying here for a bit. I came to the hotel so I could get some breathing space so I could find somewhere to temporarily live.
"I am just having to deal with it.
"Getting a room service breakfast every morning is a right result. Grilled bacon, fried eggs....living the dream."
